Srushti Deshmukh has started preparations for the UPSC entry in her 3rd year in engineering. While she was graduating and contemplating if pursuing engineering could make her feel happy. Once she realized her goal that she had, she set out to work for civil service. Her parents encouraged her to go into civil service and pursue an employment in the public sector. She was motivated to become an IAS officer and was focused on that goal. For UPSC to be a reality it is more work needed. She was preparing for UPSC subjects while she studied her engineering. The time she allocated for examination preparation each day. Within just one and a half months she studied for engineering tests, but stayed clear of all social interactions. Her focus is vital to pass the test for a government job and be able to work in civil service. She put in a lot of effort to reach her aim of passing the test at the first attempt. To stay informed about the latest news her routine was to read newspapers. Rajya Sabha TV, online studies and resources proved to be a great help for her.
